Project Director Role
\We are seeking an accomplished project director to lead our projects across various sectors including commercial, pharmaceutical, and residential.
\As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, execution, and control of our projects.
\Your key responsibilities will include:
\- Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders;
- Leading and motivating a high-performance team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
- Executing ongoing short to medium-term effective project planning to mitigate risks and deliver on stakeholder expectations;
- Seeking and promoting continuous improvement and best practice across the project team;
- Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, design, technical, quality, program, and commercial objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of delivering complex projects, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to foster collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders.
\You should also have a relevant third-level degree in engineering and at least 7 years of post-qualification experience as a senior project manager running large projects.
