Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Delivery Specialist to lead and manage project teams, drive high-performance cultures, and deliver projects efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the full project scope of works, including site activities and meeting project objectives.
  • Lead and motivate team members, developing them to their full potential.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Seek and promote continuous improvement and best practices across the team and project.
  • Develop effective short to medium-term project plans to mitigate project risks and meet stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:

  • A relevant third-level degree in engineering or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience as a senior project manager running large projects, particularly with refurbishment and fit-out projects.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
