Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to assist with the supervision and coordination of on-site projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil and structural projects, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The Job
  • Assist with purchasing and acquisition of materials for projects
  • Support site managers in planning installations
  • Evaluate project delivery within budget and timelines
  • Develop engineering reports, method statements, and commissioning schedules
  • Manage Health & Safety documentation and enforce safe work practices
  • Liaise with design teams and supply chain to ensure compliance
  • Review RFIs, technical queries, and submittals
  • Conduct sub-contractor inspections and chair technical meetings
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Proficient with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project software
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
  • Fully qualified driver
  • Strong knowledge of engineering, construction, and design principles
