Key Responsibilities:

As a key team member, you will be responsible for overseeing the reconciliation of assigned accounts with accuracy and efficiency. This includes ensuring that all queries are answered in accordance with department procedures, managing work queues effectively, and completing tasks within relevant deadlines.

Accountabilities:

Requirements:
  1. Previous financial services experience is highly desirable.
  2. Customer Service experience would be an advantage.
  3. Ability to review and resolve queries efficiently.
  4. Strong planning and organization skills.
  5. Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions.
  6. Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills.
  7. Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  8. Knowledge and understanding of working within a regulatory environment.
