We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Account Reconciliation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient reconciliation of all assigned accounts within relevant deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Reconcile all assigned accounts accurately and efficiently within relevant deadlines.
- Ensure queries are answered in line with department procedures.
- Manage work queues and complete tasks within relevant deadlines.
- Attend and participate in team huddles and team meetings.
- Support team members in monitoring mailboxes to ensure all queries are completed within the service level agreement.
- Consult with other partners to monitor and resolve reconciliation entries & queries.
- Support the improvement of quality through procedural reviews and enhancements.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support business requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous financial services experience (desirable).
- Customer Service experience would be an advantage.
- Ability to review and resolve queries.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Strong planning and organisation skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of working within a regulatory environment.
