Clinical Electrophysiology Solutions Provider

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, lab staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of electrophysiology products.
- Provides primary resource support for clinical services in areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, system/software development.
- Educates customers and internal employees on merits and proper clinical usage of EP devices through presentations and demonstrations using various formats and platforms.
- Attends cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of EP systems and their components.
- Delivers initial and continuous, as needed, training and feedback for development teams and sales representatives on EP products, development processes, features, and procedures involving those products and features.
- Meets with existing and potential clients by traveling to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how products can help them achieve their goals.
Key responsibilities include building relationships with hospital personnel, identifying key decision makers, and developing creative and feasible solutions to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in local language and English, and have the ability to rapidly adapt to a dynamic marketplace.
