Job Summary:

We're seeking a talented Field Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical support team, you'll provide expert product and technical assistance, training, and education to physicians, lab staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of our Electrophysiology Product Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You'll serve as a primary resource for clinical support in areas such as case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and system/software development.
  • Educate customers and internal employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of EP devices through presentations and demonstrations using various formats and platforms.
  • Attend cases in hospital labs for case support and development efforts of EP systems and their components.
  • Provide initial and continuous training and feedback for development teams and sales representatives on EP products, features, and procedures involving those products and features.
  • Meet with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and discuss how our products can help them achieve their goals.
Requirements:
  • Open to newly graduated Biomedical students or professionals with experience in a similar role, preferably within the Electrophysiology area.
  • Must be able to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.
  • Fluent in local language (C1 minimum) and English (B2 or higher). Additional language skills are appreciated.
  • Rapidly adaptable to a dynamic marketplace.
