Performance Test Lead

We are seeking an experienced performance test professional to join our team in a challenging role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of high-quality performance testing methodologies across multiple projects.
  • Mentor and coach a team of test engineers to ensure they meet project objectives.
  • Design, develop and execute comprehensive performance tests based on functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Analyze and report test results, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise with performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter, LoadUI).
  • Leadership experience with non-functional test projects through all phases.
  • Strong knowledge of test automation and relevant tools.
  • Proficient programming skills in languages such as Python, Java or C#.
  • Experience testing on various platforms including Cloud.
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a strong likelihood of extension.
