Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality, complex prefabricated energy projects.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project targets and deadlines
    • Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders through effective communication and management
    • Ensure site operations meet health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
    • Manage labour, subcontractors, plant, and equipment procurement according to specifications
    • Monitor project costs, progress, and risks, providing regular updates to senior management
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, drawings, and revisions
    • Prepare and update work programmes, daily reports, and test documentation
  • Requirements
    • Proven track record of success in similar roles
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
