Mechanical Installation Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, coordinating and checking off mechanical installation works on one project at any one time.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage mechanical installation works on a single project basis
- Ensure relevant permits are in place
- Conduct inspections and tests to identify and resolve mechanical issues
- Liaise with main contractors and site teams
- Oversee and manage labour and subcontractors
The ideal candidate will have direct experience in mechanical site management or supervisory roles, preferably from an M&E / Building Services background. They must be confident in their mechanical craft and conduct themselves with integrity and professionalism.
Requirements:- A proven track record in managing Mechanical Engineers / Industrial Plumbers, Pipefitters, HVAC Engineers, Mechanical Supervisors / Foremen
- Experience working on similar-sized projects
- Ability to work with other specialist engineers and liaise with suppliers, Site Supervisors, Project Managers, EHSQ Advisors and Subcontractors
