Job Overview

The Workforce Development Specialist will be responsible for guiding and supporting local teams to help Service Users Realise their Employment Ambitions in Life. This role involves developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders, assessing and profiling placements, and engaging and supporting partner employers and mainstream service providers.

Key Requirements
  • A strong understanding of the barriers to employment and support needs of people with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication, self-organisation, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant 3rd level qualification or equivalent experience.
