Business Development Manager for Cash Management Solutions

Our team is responsible for the strategic positioning and sale of cash management solutions to corporate clients worldwide. This role operates across a range of cash management services, including global payments, collections, liquidity solutions, FX, and digital product offerings.

About the Role:
  • This Business Development Manager will support the European Payments & Cash Management (PCM) business development within Ireland.
  • Develop and monetize domestic and franchise cash management, liquidity, and global payment opportunities.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on complex cash management, liquidity, and global payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Relationship Directors and Global Relationship Directors to drive sales strategies.
  • Support the development of relationships with key clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales efforts.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in business development or sales.
  • Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity, and global payment solutions.
  • Excellent commerciality and understanding of relative value of deposits and money transmission.
  • Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory governance.
Desirable Skills:
  • ACIB/degree/ACT diploma or similar qualification.
  • Excellent knowledge of complex cash management solutions, notional pooling, multicurrency pooling, ZBA.
  • Strong knowledge of liquidity solutions, including off balance sheet solutions.

This role requires a strong understanding of the Irish corporate and financial markets. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and promote our diverse product and service offerings.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. They will also possess a deep understanding of the features, benefits, risks, and compliance requirements of various banking products and services offered.
