Support Specialist for Microsoft Dynamics

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Support Consultant to provide exceptional support services to our customers in the Republic of Ireland.
- Respond to customer support queries via our online portal and by telephone, taking ownership of issues and managing them through to closure.
- Research and implement fixes, documenting case resolutions.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets to meet Service Level Agreements, keeping customers informed of progress.
- Evaluate and escalate queries to Development and Business Consultants as required.
- Apply business knowledge to resolve client queries and support strong customer relationships.
- 1-2 years of experience in application support, particularly with ERP/CRM software.
- Experience as a software tester, including functional testing, test script writing, and bug reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Qualification in Computer Science or Business Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience working with Dynamics 365 or other ERP/Financial software applications.
- Understanding of Power Automate, Workflows, API, and Web Services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Results-driven with a competitive drive and ability to work under pressure.
- Able to prioritize and multitask within the role.
