Job DescriptionRole Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Early Careers programmes, including recruitment, onboarding, and development. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the smooth running of all Early Careers streams, including graduates, apprentices, students, and interns.
  • Oversee the cyclical activities around attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding for respective streams.
  • Develop and implement professional chartership forums to support Early Careers participants.
  • Act upon feedback from Early Careers population and internal stakeholders to improve programmes.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with internal communities, including Early Careers participants, mentors, line managers, HR, senior decision makers, steering groups, and other support functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of managing early career recruitment and development cycles.
  • A relevant CIPD or HR-related qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proven track record of implementing initiatives and improving processes.
