BIM Specialist

As a key contributor to our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects in the construction and engineering sectors. Our client is a reputable contractor with a strong presence in Ireland, specializing in the manufacturing of modular solutions for various industries.

The role involves creating, updating, and coordinating 3D Building Information Modelling (BIM) models while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and managers to resolve design conflicts, conduct clash detection, and align project teams.

Key responsibilities include developing and enforcing BIM execution plans, guidelines, and best practices while auditing models for quality and compliance. You will also use BIM tools to identify design conflicts early, coordinate resolutions, and share reports with stakeholders.

Maintaining accurate BIM documentation, providing progress updates, and supporting 4D/5D modeling for scheduling and cost estimation are also essential aspects of the job. Additionally, you will be responsible for training teams on BIM tools, managing data integrity, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring version control of models.
