Digital Managed Services Agreement Leader

The goal of the Digital Managed Service Agreements Program Manager is to lead high-performing teams in delivering top-notch managed services agreements that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams responsible for IT/OT systems on life sciences manufacturing sites, fostering a culture of safety and excellence across the organization, overseeing delivery of managed services agreements to ensure client satisfaction and service quality, and managing contract negotiations renewals and expansions.

In addition, this role will entail ensuring compliance with legal regulatory and contractual obligations, providing strategic leadership and guidance to managed services teams, promoting a culture of innovation, supporting talent development and growth, and preparing and presenting reports on the status progress and outcomes of managed services agreements.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders, strategic leadership skills to motivate teams and drive business results, strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, and an understanding of process control principles and industrial automation systems.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in automation information technology or a related field. Additional desired criteria include a master's degree in business administration familiarity with DeltaV control systems Rockwell and Siemens PLCs and MES systems like Aveva PI Syncade/PAS-X.

Qualifications
