
Administrative Coordinator for Service Operations

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the service department, ensuring seamless operation and compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Prepare quotes for service works, schedule engineers, and coordinate service schedules to meet customer expectations.
- Monitor the status of service jobs, escalating delays or issues as required, and maintain accurate records.
- Handle metering issues, review sensor logs, and billing system status to resolve technical problems efficiently.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a technical, service coordination, or administrative role is essential.
In this full-time position, you will work closely with other teams, ensuring contractors meet health & safety requirements and maintaining technical documentation, service records, and compliance logs.
