Business Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day business operations and support various functions including training coordination, order processing, supplier management and marketing support.
The Role:
- Manage daily office operations ensuring smooth functioning and support for the team
- Coordinate training schedules liaising with customers and trainers managing logistics
- Process training invoices issue certificates and update training records
- Oversee order processing liaising with sales teams suppliers and coordinating shipments
- Maintain relationships with suppliers for spare parts quotes and deliveries
- Support the marketing team with exhibitions promotions and trade shows
- Handle office supplies cleaning and vendor relations
- Ensure the timely delivery of office and warehouse supplies and manage deliveries
- Assist with additional duties as required to support business growth
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Business Operations Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong organisational skills
- Experience with supplier and vendor relationship management
- Excellent time management multitasking and prioritisation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
