Job Title: Front Of House Training Instructor

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Front of House Training Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training to staff and ground handling agents at Dublin Airport and across our extensive network of 200+ airports.

The Role:
As a Front of House Training Instructor, you will be responsible for:
Training delivery to staff and ground handling agents in Dublin Airport and across Ryanair's extensive network of 200+ airports
Developing and updating lesson plans, training materials, and instructor materials to comply with legislative requirements and company procedures and objectives
Assisting with planning and scheduling of training requirements to relevant divisions through our network
Coordinating and conducting initial and recurrent training courses using various delivery methods such as classroom, online, and practical training
Capable of identifying and resolving course/lesson deficiencies
Being an integral part of an operational response team, leading the launch of new airports and bases, driving improvement in underperforming locations, and assisting ground handling partners where operationally required.
Conducting system testing and identifying potential barriers to user efficiency
Ensuring good communication and professional working relationships with colleagues and managers.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:Previous airport or Ground Operations experience
Effective planning, organization, and time management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Willingness to travel
