About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive a selling culture within their team in Dublin.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Drive a selling culture within your team
  • Lead your team to deliver excellent customer service and hit targets
  • Demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness to change and lead teams through transformation with a growth mindset
Requirements:
  • A deep understanding of Retail and its challenges
  • A proven leadership track record and ability to lead effectively through ambiguity
  • Comfortable having difficult conversations and able to resolve them effectively with colleagues and line managers
Experience:
  • At least 2 Years Experience at Assistant Manager/Store Manager level

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, adaptability, and resilience. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
