We are seeking applications from dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Assistant Support Workers and Social Care Workers.
The successful candidate will be afforded all necessary training and development in line with the role.
Candidates must be highly motivated and creative, with a passion for engaging with Service Users on a daily basis. They will contribute to enriching the lives of our Service Users.
The primary objective of this role is to provide high-quality care and support services to individuals who require assistance with their daily living needs.
This will involve providing personal care and support, assisting with daily routines, promoting independence and well-being, and developing and maintaining positive relationships with Service Users and their families.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting individuals with their daily plans and goals
- Providing personal care and support, including assistance with hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Assisting with daily routines, such as meal preparation, household chores, and medication management
- Promoting independence and well-being through activities and interventions tailored to individual needs
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with Service Users and their families
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support services.
