Director of Finance

The Director of Finance will oversee all financial activities, ensuring robust cash flow and sound fiscal management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish key financial processes and systems to effectively manage costs and facilitate business expansion.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, financial business plans, forecasts, and risk assessments.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks, and implement regular variance analysis processes.
  • Prepare financial reports for stakeholders, including the leadership team, board, and investors.
  • Provide high-quality data analysis and insights to inform operational decisions, purchasing strategies, and pricing policies.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to assess cost reduction options and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Work with the Operations team to evaluate capital expenditure proposals, develop business cases, and analyze savings and ROI.
  • Perform strategic market analysis on potential acquisition targets and lead deal structuring and post-acquisition integration efforts.
  • Assess funding requirements, manage existing funding relationships, and identify new sources of financing.
  • Lead the finance team, ensuring motivation and development of team members to work at their best.

Key qualifications include a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience leading finance functions in internationally focused, high-growth businesses.
