We are looking for a senior finance executive to lead the financial strategy and operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts and budgets that align with the company's overall goals.
  • Manage cash flow, ensure strong fiscal management and make key financial decisions that support business growth.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, banks and other external partners.
  • Maintain accurate and transparent financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the leadership team on financial matters, driving informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize financial performance through process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of financial systems, processes and controls that promote efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant experience leading finance functions in international, high-growth businesses.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a proven track record of driving financial growth and improvement.
  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • A deep understanding of financial markets, regulations and trends, with the ability to adapt to changing conditions.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
