Job Title: Infrastructure Strategy Manager

 

Job Description:

This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and implementing infrastructure strategies that align with the company's overall goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure management, including experience in leading technical teams and overseeing vendor solutions.

They will be responsible for assessing infrastructure requirements for new projects and recommending scalable, future-proof solutions.

Additionally, they will drive continuous improvement to ensure infrastructure supports evolving business needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

They must also be able to effectively prioritize and manage complex workloads.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure management, including leadership of technical teams.
  • Proven expertise in server architecture, data center operations, and systems lifecycle management.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Azure, VMware).
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and people development skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and infrastructure integration across varied vendor environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
