  • Make strategic decisions with measurable impact on profitability, scalability, and client value.
  • Possess a strong track record of leading software engineering teams, ideally within financial services or asset/investment management.
  • Deliver enterprise-grade, cloud-native, high-availability platforms that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Cultivate a commercially-minded approach, with excellent communication skills and proven success influencing at senior executive level.
  • Develop expertise in cloud technologies and modern development methodologies, ensuring the team stays ahead of the curve.

  • Proven ability to deliver complex software projects.
  • Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills.
