Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead our software engineering endeavors. As a seasoned Director of Software Engineering, you will leverage your extensive expertise and knowledge to drive exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Lead staff development initiatives, fostering growth and improvement through targeted training programs.
  • Maintain approved staffing levels and departmental education, training, and cross-training needs.
  • Evaluate and implement policy changes with minimal disruption to stakeholders and team members.
  • Review and approve the development or revision of operational processes and procedures.
  • Promote strategic direction and policy changes to drive business expansion.
  • Address operational and business concerns that may impact consistent delivery of quality services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • Experience delivering executive-level presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to translate complex technical matters into actionable plans.
  • Advanced knowledge of business operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Capacity to interact across multiple organizational levels and lead large-scale projects.
