Job Opportunity: Vehicle Handover Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver an exceptional vehicle handover experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting performance targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Regularly update customers on the status of their new vehicle, exceeding their expectations in terms of technology support and mobile device pairing.
  • Conduct a thorough final check of delivery files, verifying accuracy and completeness, including funding, deposits, paperwork, and necessary signatures.
  • Arrange for post-handover appointments to address any technical issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is beneficial.
  • A well-organized individual with excellent attention to detail, process-oriented and focused on delivering results.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, prioritizing customer care and retention.
  • Proficiency in IT and administration systems.
