Event Management Professional

This is a unique opportunity for an Event Management Professional to coordinate and manage meetings, conferences, and events from initial inquiry to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute event strategies that meet client requirements.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Prepare event proposals, contracts, and manage bookings efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate event documentation and communication records.
  • Upsell additional services and amenities to enhance client experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Professional and approachable manner.
  • Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland.
