Solution Architect - SAP SuccessFactors

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead the design and implementation of innovative, scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

This is a key role in shaping enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives. (6 months with potential for extension)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the architecture of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple modules, aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define robust solution designs, ensuring successful end-to-end HR transformation.
  • Provide technical leadership on integrations, data migration, and platform scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and governance frameworks in cloud HR technology.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience architecting SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ideally across Employee Central and at least one other module.
  • Strong knowledge of integration tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A track record of delivering HRIS transformations in medium to large organizations.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications and experience in Agile or hybrid project environments are a plus.
