Key Executive to Champion MongoDB's Value

MongoDB empowers innovators to create, transform and disrupt industries by unleashing the power of software and data.

This senior leadership role involves engaging with Fortune 1000 executives and technical decision-makers to champion MongoDB's value and capabilities. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-impact technical engagements and educational sessions.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage and influence executives and technical decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Developer Relations teams to develop and deliver technical engagements and educational sessions
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in MongoDB products, industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Act as voice of customer, gathering feedback to influence product roadmap
  • Drive thought leadership and build mindshare for MongoDB through content creation and public speaking
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years senior-level experience in roles such as Developer Advocacy or Solutions Consulting
  • Recognized technical leader with hands-on experience architecting and implementing enterprise-scale solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing and drivers of enterprise technology decisions
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language or development framework
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to influence audiences through direct engagement and published content
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking about technology innovation and business value
