Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive.

  • This role is ideal for individuals who can drive new business growth, expand our customer base, and develop tailored territory and account plans that maximize revenue production.
  • Key responsibilities include researching and understanding customer business objectives, technology priorities, and talent initiatives, aligning and communicating our value proposition, and partnering with other functional teams.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will own and lead complex sales cycles, travel to advance partnerships and sales cycles, and consistently apply our sales framework to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant sales experience selling complex SaaS solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Track record of overachieving revenue targets of $1M+ and successfully navigating and closing six-figure deals in complex sales cycles.
  • Experience selling to senior leaders, including the C-Suite, technology executives, talent leaders, and other key stakeholders within large enterprise organizations.
  • Proven expertise in business development, heavy prospecting, building and managing pipeline, and utilizing value-based selling frameworks like MEDDPICC.
  • Previous experience in SaaS and enterprise software sales is highly desirable, as well as EdTech experience.
