- Establish client accounts, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Monitor changes in customer details and update the system accordingly.
- Possess a relevant insurance qualification, such as CIP or APA Personal General.
- Hold 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a brokerage environment.
- Demonstrate a strong focus on sales and a commitment to building a career in this area.
- Provide exceptional service to customers and potential customers, maintaining a positive reputation.
- Excel in a team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, utilizing technology to enhance productivity.
