This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Executive for Personal Lines New Business. You will play a key role in generating new business leads, developing strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, and possess the ability to provide insurance quotes and advice to customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Ensure accurate and timely customer information updates in line with GDPR guidelines.
  • Provide expert insurance advice and quotes to customers, promoting our products and services.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to existing customers, maximizing revenue potential.
Requirements:
  • Hold a relevant professional qualification, such as CIP or APA Personal General, or equivalent experience.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Be able to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.
