">About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (CNM2) - Oncology to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our oncology department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of cancer care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the oncology nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans.
- Mentor and support nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in oncology treatments and protocols.
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMBI registration.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in oncology.
- Experience in a nursing leadership or management role.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of oncology treatments and protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
