We are seeking a dedicated deli team member to join our operations staff on a full-time basis. As a key part of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our deli counter, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality work.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparing and presenting hot and cold deli items, sandwiches, salads, and snacks in line with menu requirements.
- Maintaining the deli counter area, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Serving customers efficiently and with a friendly, professional manner.
- Handling individual customer requests with a positive attitude and aiming to exceed expectations.
- FOLLOWING food safety, allergen, and health and safety guidelines in accordance with provided training.
- Ensuring correct storage and rotation of food items and equipment.
- Supporting colleagues as required to ensure smooth operation of the business.
- A positive 'can do' attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Good people skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- A good level of spoken English communication skills.
