This position involves managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving revenue growth through retention and service expansion, while building strong, long-term relationships and solving client challenges.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional results.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in account management, client success, or strategic roles in legal or professional services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Growing and retaining enterprise client accounts, expanding services where opportunities arise.
- Partnering with Legal Directors to identify client challenges and recommend solutions.
- Leading contract renewals and expansions with senior stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining strategic relationships with GCs and legal operations leaders.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver client objectives and maintain a clear pipeline.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in account management, client success, or strategic roles in legal or professional services.
- A proven track record managing high-value accounts and growing revenue.
- Experience in complex negotiations and working with senior stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial instincts, and ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent communicator and trusted advisor, skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
- Preferably from a competitor ALSP or legal tech environment.
