Role Overview

Drive sales across the island of Ireland, representing innovative surgical technologies and improving theatre safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

This high-visibility role is within a supportive team where you'll have the chance to make a real impact on patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop skills in sales representation and business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within our portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, theatre staff, and stakeholders.
  • Manage customer accounts for high levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Provide in-theatre support, training, and guidance on safe and effective technology use.
  • Oversee stock management, including consignment models and consumables.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and workshops to surgeons, nurses, and practitioners.
Requirements:
  • Sales-driven mindset with focus on customer engagement and growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, including account development, stock control, and customer education.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to develop in a competitive sales environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Previous sales or business experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong IT skills and customer-facing experience.
