Person In Charge Job Description

This role is designed for a dedicated professional who can ensure the delivery of exceptional quality care to service users. Our aim is to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing or social care background, with a minimum of three years' experience in a managerial role within the health sector. They should also possess a recognised managerial qualification and be registered with CORU.

  • A Nursing Degree (registered with the relevant Division of the Live Register of Nurses) or Hold a Level 8 Degree in Social Care/CORU registration
  • AND Have a minimum three year's Managerial Experience within the Health Sector
  • Hold a recognised Managerial Qualification (minimum level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications)
