Lead Care Supervisor Position">

We are seeking a skilled Care Lead in Cork, Ireland to oversee a team of care workers and deliver high-quality care services to clients. Our mission is to create efficient methods for delivering care to those who need it most.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals and support a team across a large area.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date supervision records.
  3. Participate in care activities as part of the leadership process.
  4. Implement best practices in client care and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  5. Support and supervise carers to deliver exceptional care and achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  1. QQI/FETAC Level 5 Major award in Healthcare (Level 6 preferred) or equivalent.
  2. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Healthcare Assistant with a proven track record of success.
  3. Supervisory experience in home care or a related sector, preferably with a focus on leadership and team management.
  4. A full clean driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel.
