About the Role
  • Provide emotional support to clients in line with their care plans, promoting dignity and well-being.

  • Monitor and document clients' progress and any changes in their condition, collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Emotional Support: Provide emotional support to clients, including empathy and active listening.

  3. Progress Monitoring: Monitor and document clients' progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
