Job Description

\

We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Solution Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to customers in the enterprise and commercial space.

\

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise software pre-sales solution consulting or engineering experience, with a proven track record of success in selling complex multi-product or cross-platform software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Develop and position technology-based solutions during sales cycles\
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and develop targeted solutions\
  • Partner with customers to understand their business and technical problems addressed by ServiceNow products\
  • Articulate and logically communicate concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences\
  • Sell the value of our solution, not just the features and functions of the products\
  • Support regional marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars, etc\
  • Demonstrate the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers\
  • Stay current on product developments/releases to brief customers on product roadmaps, deliver product demos, and lead POV/POC cycles\
  • Understand differentiators between ServiceNow and its competitors\
  • Transition briefings - communicate commitments, set expectations in preparation for deployment\
  • Be the ServiceNow subject matter expert at Executive briefings/marketing events\
  • Able to articulate and logically communicate concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences\
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills including technical and business concepts to a variety of audiences including C-level\
  • Understanding of working in complex matrix sales organisation\
  • Commercially savvy, with the ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and the business drivers around IT\
  • Territory management skills and account strategy skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to guide execution excellence\
  • Business Travel, as necessary\
  • Frequent presence in the office Dublin if not with customers expected\
