Job Title: Senior Tax Advisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Advisor to join our expanding Tax Planning department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing meaningful client relationships and delivering a full suite of tax compliance and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with clients to deliver tax compliance and advisory services
  • Preparing taxation plans and responding to client queries
  • Providing advice on tax technical issues
  • Engaging with Revenue in respect of client matters
  • Providing support to senior accountants on technical tax queries
  • Developing and implementing tax efficient succession planning structures for high-net-worth individuals and privately owned businesses
  • Advising on the tax implications of gifts/inheritances and post death variations of estates
  • Devising and implementing tax efficient company exit structures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified CTA (Chartered Tax Adviser)
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent technical expertise across all tax heads
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and liaise with other departments
