Role Overview

This is a diverse and fulfilling position that combines administrative duties with customer service support.

As a key member of the support department, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless daily operations. Your responsibilities will include scheduling call-outs, handling warranty claims, taking customer calls, raising purchase orders, and collaborating with the team to maintain efficient services.

You will act as a central link between customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, guaranteeing the smooth delivery of after-sales activities to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer & After-Sales Support

    • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing professional and efficient responses.

    • Keep customers informed about service progress and resolution times.

    • Assist with warranty claims, service bookings, and customer case tracking.

  • Administrative Duties

    • Manage and update internal systems, maintaining accurate records of support cases and maintenance schedules.

    • Process documentation, service reports, and purchase orders.

    • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams for parts ordering, scheduling, and job allocation.

  • Departmental Support

    • Act as the central link between customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth after-sales operations.

    • Assist in preparing service-related documentation and reports.

    • Support the continuous improvement of after-sales processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage workload effectively.

  • Proficient in using IT systems and maintaining accurate records.

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role is advantageous but not essential.
