Accounting Technician Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Technician to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing their expertise to deliver high-quality financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data entry on Sage
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Checking client and office balances
  • Payroll processing
  • P30 and annual P35 returns on ROS
  • Support role in financial matters relating to the firm, including year-end audit
Requirements:
  • Accounting Technician qualification (ITI or equivalent) desirable but not essential
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of payroll package such as Thesaurus desirable but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work off own initiative
  • 1 year experience in an office environment
