This position involves maintaining and updating Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, driving process efficiency, conducting internal audits, analyzing manufacturing and business process improvements, and providing quality support to operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update QMS documentation, records, and systems
  • Drive process efficiency, provide feedback on issues, and resolve them
  • Conduct and report on internal audits, close out non-conformances, and implement corrective actions
  • Analyze, identify, and implement manufacturing and/or business process improvements
  • Assist engineering teams with product/process verification for new and existing products
  • Run CAPA systems, lead quality problem investigations, and assist with calibration system maintenance
  • Manage and coordinate quality-related projects and production programs
  • Provide quality support, including leading root cause-driven approaches to problem-solving efforts
  • Develop and implement quality controls for new and existing products
  • Work individually and within teams on quality improvement and efficiency projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Candidates must have a strong background in quality assurance, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, and experience with materials, sheet metal, and machining processes or aerospace would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of ISO9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems, experience in internal auditing, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and good investigative and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
