We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and manage ongoing projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with key accounts, developing commercially viable proposals, and ensuring project success.

- RFQ Process: Create detailed proposals and ensure timely follow-ups after submission.
- Project Oversight: Manage ongoing projects, ensuring seamless handovers to operations and alignment with business objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Conduct market analyses and support informed decision-making.
- Reporting: Submit regular updates on sales performance and market insights to senior management.
- Expertise in manufacturing or sub-contract engineering, with knowledge of precision CNC multi-axis turning and milling advantageous.
- Strong commercial awareness, with ability to develop compelling proposals.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess data and create actionable strategies.
- Advanced organisational and communication skills, including proficiency in preparing reports and presentations.
- Proven track record in achieving targets and delivering results.
