Job Opportunity

This is a permanent role within an expanding construction company in Dublin. We are seeking a skilled Construction Planner to support our growing portfolio of projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project programmes, including monthly progress reporting
  • Monitor project performance, resource allocation, and output trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Deliver all scheduling and reporting requirements for tenders and live contracts
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment on planning and scheduling activities
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and supply chain partners
  • Evaluate and propose alternative construction methodologies to optimize project outcomes

Requirements:

  • Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in project planning within construction or civil engineering (Data Centres an advantage)
