We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Commercial Property Asset Manager. This senior level position requires a broad range of skills, including commercial property sales and leasing, asset and portfolio management, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage property sales and leasing negotiations to ensure maximum value for the organization.
  • Coordinate new site acquisitions and development projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders.
  • Support multi-annual budgeting processes.
  • Manage credit control activities.
  • Review commercial proposals.
  • Oversee compliance reporting.
Requirements
  • Third-level degree in business studies or a relevant discipline.
  • Fully qualified chartered surveyor (SCSI and/or RICS) is ideal.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a commercially focused property sales or leasing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage and network with people at all levels of seniority.
  • Strong IT and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects to deadlines and within budget.
