Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property sales and leasing negotiations to achieve maximum value.
  • Coordinate the acquisition of new sites and development projects.
  • Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
  • Support multi-year budgeting processes and manage credit control activities.
  • Review commercial proposals, oversee compliance reporting, and provide support to the leadership team as needed.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property sales and leasing negotiations, coordinating new site acquisitions and development projects, developing and maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders, supporting multi-year budgeting processes, and managing credit control activities.

About You:

  • A minimum of 3–5+ years of experience in a commercially focused property sales or leasing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with people at all levels.
  • Strong IT and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects to deadlines and within budget.

What We Offer:

This is a permanent role with a competitive salary package up to approximately €70k base salary, including a strong benefits package.

The position will be primarily office-based 5 days per week with some flexibility for remote work depending on business needs.
