Senior Property Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Property Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sale and letting of properties, as well as providing valuation services for residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and sell properties on behalf of clients, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Clients with potential tenants, conduct viewings, negotiate prices, and finalize agreements.
  • Provide valuations for properties in line with market standards, taking into account factors such as location, condition, and demand.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property transactions, and financial data.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property sales, lettings, or valuations.
  • Strong knowledge of local markets, property laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and efficient with excellent time management skills.
